2009-07-17 [Linderel]: How was this manipped? I don't see anything really significant.

2009-07-17 [Cillamoon]: I used Microsoft Office Picture Manager, as that is the only manip program I have on my computer. I moved around the brightness, contrast, midtones, colors, cropped it too. Made it dark enough to make the glitter pop out as sparkles, but not dark enough as to loose the details and definitions of the picture itself. Does it not qualify? Should I find something else to use?

2009-07-17 [Linderel]: Have you seen photomanips by [Chimes], [nehirwen] or [Jitter]? That's the sort of thing I'm looking for in this category.
